The equipment tracking section of JobsPlus records all details of equipment that you service for your clients as well as equipment that you use within your own business. With all the information gathered, equipment can be analysed in many different ways including total work carried out for the equipment and items that are due for service, etc... The Reports section allows you to access the vast amount of data stored within JobsPlus. With over 30 comprehensive reports and charts, information on your business is right at your fingertips.
   
Job Scheduling is important in managing your work commitments to allow your business to operate more efficiently. With JobsPlus this information is available quickly and easily. These details can be viewed and printed from a company level right down to a schedule for an individual employee.
   

Detailed Quotes provides a comprehensive break-up of a quote and not just merely a list of the parts you may use. The quotes and jobs components have been designed to allow information to be recorded and viewed in a variety of sections making the whole process easy to use. Some of these sections include:

  • Labour - record details such as employees, dates, hours worked and charge out rates
  • Material - allows you to enter the part details (quantity, price and description) for the job/quote
    Equipment - record all the information for the equipment whether it is in for service or repair. This means all work done for a piece of equipment is logged allowing full service/repair work to be monitored.
    Extra details - this section allows you to capture any other information which may be relevant to the job or quote.
  • Material Margins - JobsPlus can use margins to calculate the selling price for parts recorded for a job or quote. By entering the price you paid for the part the system will automatically calculate the selling price for the item.
  • Quote Details - this section provides an overview of the quote, showing such items as total value of parts and labour as well as the total number of hours estimated.
